1.呼吸的方式：一开始采用两步一吸两步一呼，适应之后采用三步一吸三步一呼的方式。口鼻同时呼吸，不要只用鼻子呼吸，跑步需要大量的氧气，只用鼻子呼吸摄入的气体量太少。
