​ 溢出效应是指一个组织在进行某项活动时，不仅会产生活动所预期的效果，而且还会对组织之外的人或社会产生影响。溢出效应分为知识溢出效应，技术溢出效应和经济溢出效应等。

​ 举例来说，比如上海的发展带动了周边城市的发展，一个班里的好学生带动了其他学生的学习。一个企业的发展壮大也带动了其周边行业的发展。
